The goal was to create a fully immersive digital twin that showcased the building's unique features, sustainability credentials, and prime location in a dynamic, photorealistic environment. SpaceForm, an innovative B2B software platform for the real estate industry, was engaged to deliver an immersive and customisable solution to meet these objectives. Approach Engaging Immersive Twin Environment: Developed a comprehensive 3D Future Twin of the EDGE Shoreditch building, offering an interactive and immersive experience. Enabled access to all 17 floors, complete with photorealistic views from each window, providing an authentic sense of the surrounding cityscape. Detailed City Context: Incorporated Google Earth data to create a realistic full-city setting, enhancing the context of the building's location. Integrated high-resolution models for key buildings directly surrounding the site, ensuring a visually accurate and immersive experience. Customizable and Branded for Target Audiences: Designed the twin to be fully customizable, allowing it to be tailored to different audience needs, such as prospective tenants, investors, or sustainability-focused stakeholders.
