This project adopts two core technologies developed by Zheng Sai to create a green and livable building: The first is the seismic-resistant prefabricated building technology, which replaces the traditional reinforced concrete process. This technology significantly enhances the building's seismic resistance and anti-damage capabilities, effectively reducing the loss of lives and property caused by earthquakes. At the same time, it relies on the local material sourcing model to reduce carbon emissions from material transportation, offering both ecological environmental protection and cost control advantages. The second is the efficient heat insulation and waterproofing technology. Through innovative processes, it achieves precise indoor temperature control. The maximum temperature in summer does not exceed 28℃, and the minimum temperature in winter is not lower than 14℃, creating a "no winter, constant dryness" comfortable living environment, completely solving the problems of traditional building heat insulation and waterproofing. The collaborative application of these two technologies not only ensures the safety performance of the building but also takes into account the comfort and economy of living, providing high-quality solutions for green building projects.
