The tower is strategically located on King Fahd Road,
one of Riyadh’s main commercial arteries.�Expansion
and modification works were proposed to transform
parts of the building into serviced apartments and
offices, making it a multi-use building.�Additional
leasable space was created by adding third and
last-floor components, ensuring optimal utilization of
the property.�The proposal enhances the building’s
commercial appeal, aligning with tenant demand in
the area.
