Information

Times Guangzhou E-PARK Phase II is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou. Times E-PARK occupies a total GFA of approximately 210,000 sqm. Phase II totals 100,000 sqm, consisting of 3 office buildings, a boutique lifestyle center (aka CR8), and an outdoor garden-style social gathering space. The project aims to create an innovative business park with extraordinary community experience. This new three-dimensional development connects nature with humanity, and business with leisure. Unlike the traditional pattern of “candle on the cake” massing between the podium and tower of commercial mixed-use buildings, we actively sought to create a new paradigm of urban mixed-use. By inserting a boutique community commercial space (CR8) for the Phase II business park, we aimed to create a "New Gathering Place for Art". The offices utilize an unconventional plan layout to maximize the open space and natural light. Through outdoor market, shared terrace and other elements, nature and social interaction are truly integrated into the working space for work communication, leisure consumption, and social gathering.
