This office and commercial interiors project, from 2025 and on-going, is for a high-rise development in Riyadh.
While the execution is contemporary, the design heavily references Najdi culture and heritage. Natural materials such as stone and brass are consistently applied, and extensive use is made of screening and lighting effects.
The programme includes common areas, office lobbies, lifts, retail and a sky lounge.
