Challenges: The nationwide rollout demanded the coordination of 12 contractors, adherence to tight schedules, and unified quality control across all sites. Each branch was delivered on a 5-day design cycle and a 40-day construction supervision period, requiring disciplined scheduling and agile management. Constructive navigated complex logistics and regulatory constraints across 15 governorates, ensuring consistent results and client satisfaction despite fast-track demands. Approach: Constructive’s project management approach combined centralized planning with regional execution. Real-time monitoring, transparent reporting, and on-site supervision ensured quality control and schedule alignment.
