Located at the gateway of Dubai Creek Harbour, the tower connects the Dubai Creek Loop and the Sand Towers masterplan, creating a continuous pedestrian and cycling network that reconnects the waterfront with Central Park and the Arabian Gulf. A new public plaza at the base becomes a shaded oasis-square, integrating retail, cultural venues, wellness pavilions, and water gardens accessible to all citizens. Elevated walkways extend from the podium to the Loop, forming an urban balcony that promotes slow mobility and active lifestyles while reducing car dependency.
