The 385 meter tall tower in the Cairo New Administrative Capital is a mixed-use supertall structure that occupies the most prominent site within the CBD offering a strong presence on the skyline. This distinctive landmark consists of a 76 story, 160,000 gsm mixed-use tower accommodating an office, residential, hotel, and retail program plus an observation deck.
Rising majestically from an oasis like setting, the tower culminates with an illuminated crown that will be visible from downtown Cairo. The building integrates structure and form with a gently sloping façade accented at the corners by ribbon like bands to make a powerful statement creating a dynamic symbol for Twenty First Century Cairo.
