Constructive’s partnership with EMAAR began with the Marassi Bay development on Egypt’s North Coast. initially supervising 10 villas alongside three consultants. Within just four months, Constructive’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and proactive coordination earned EMAAR’s full trust, leading to the supervision of over 100 additional villas and becoming the main consultant for Marassi Bay, the flagship luxury zone of Marassi Resort.
Following this success, EMAAR extended its collaboration with Constructive to new landmark developments including Belle Vie, Alhana, and Soul, entrusting the firm with multidisciplinary design services covering Architectural, Structural, and MEP scopes.
