Constructive’s partnership with Orascom Developments in Makadi Heights stands as a key success story. Within less than 18 months, the firm delivered RIA Makadi and expanded its role to include Ledge (Villas & Chalets) and later Ledge (Multiple Family), designing over 25% of the entire Makadi Heights masterplan. Through comprehensive expertise in landscape, building design, and infrastructure, Constructive successfully delivered 3 major projects totaling 625 keys over a 2-year period, setting a benchmark for efficiency, coordination, and design excellence in coastal residential developments.
