nicholas showcases commercial towers.
Tower #1 is an office tower for Kuwait City. It was awarded the MIPIM Future Projects Award for office buildings at Cannes in 2007.
Tower #2 is an office tower for Baku, Azerbaijan.
Tower #3 is a competition entry for the Kuwait Investment Authority headquarters.
All projects have strong sustainability credentials due to their balance of natural lighting with solar shading, shallow floor plates and use of dense, insulating materials in the westerly and southerly orientations.
We strongly believe that development should be regenerative – improving outcomes for both the environment and for people.
