nicholas design high-rise hotels and mixed-use projects for Kuwait
This parti of three towers on a unifying podium accommodates a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, residences, retail and an office building.
The development occupies a prestigious waterfront location in Kuwait.
When addressing large sites, we aim for a multiplicity of complimentary uses to create ‘destinations.’ These are reinforced by strong urban connector spaces which are highly social.
We strongly believe that development should be regenerative – improving outcomes for both the environment and for people.
