We advocate for integrated developments wherever possible, but where developments are constrained to be single use – for whatever reason – we focus on “walkability”, community and outdoor space.
This project is defined by its interconnected communal courtyards, which are extensively landscaped – drawing people together outdoors.
Our response is climatically and environmentally appropriate because design should be regenerative – improving outcomes.
