Located in Istanbul's Zekeriyaköy district, this project, set on a 467,000 square meter area, was designed by the world-renowned and award-winning British architectural group, Hopkins Architects. KÖY Zekeriyaköy, offering a warm home environment, is conceived to be "as simple as a village, yet as elegant as a city." The project provides a wide range of residential options with various types and sizes, from 1+1 to 6+1. Developed across 3 Stages, the project includes approximately 1,167 residences. It also features "ÇarşıKÖY," a 15,000 sqm area offering dining, entertainment, and shopping facilities, in addition to 118,000 sqm of natural woodland. The predominant unit type in the project is the 3+1 duplex apartment, offering a gross area of 195 sqm.

A land stock exceeding 4.1 million square meters, valued at over 1.7 Billion USD, serves as the collateral for this sustainable growth. Emlak Konut is now transferring this 75 years of accumulated experience and proven project development capacity to Saudi Arabia through a historic collaboration shaped by the common vision of two sister nations. This strategic partnership, which aligns with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030, is more than a project agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC); it is a bridge of trust that will span generations. As a concrete step in this valuable collaboration, Emlak Konut has established its local company in Riyadh, demonstrating its intention for a permanent presence in the region and its unwavering commitment to the project.
