This dynamic portfolio effectively manages risks while providing a predictable revenue stream of 2.2 Billion USD from ongoing projects. A land stock exceeding 4.1 million square meters, valued at over 1.7 Billion USD, serves as the collateral for this sustainable growth. Emlak Konut is now transferring this 75 years of accumulated experience and proven project development capacity to Saudi Arabia through a historic collaboration shaped by the common vision of two sister nations.
