Project Description: Skogur Hills represents a luxurious development of villas set against a breathtaking mountainous landscape, designed to blend seamlessly into the natural environment. Our Contributions: Architectural Design: We crafted a harmonious design that maximizes panoramic views of the Chornohora ridge, bringing nature indoors through expansive windows and open layouts. Structural Design: Each villa was engineered to provide stability on the steep hillside, with innovative solutions tailored to the unique topography of the location. MEP Engineering: We integrated efficient and reliable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support a high standard of living within each villa. HVAC Systems: State-of-the-art HVAC systems were implemented to ensure year-round comfort and optimal indoor air quality, adapted for the specific climate conditions of the region. Visualization: Realistic 3D visualizations were developed to showcase the villas' aesthetic appeal and the surrounding landscape, helping clients envision their future homes.
