Sajaya by OSUS project, located in the Al Janadriyah neighbourhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a significant residential development initiative led by the National Housing Company (NHC). Spanning over 3.27 million square meters, the project aims to address the urgent need for affordable housing solutions in line with Vision 2030 goals. The Sajaya project is spanning over 284,000 sqm of plots seeks to create a thriving community with a mix of 1,088 villas and Duplex units to accommodate over 6,000 residents. The project prioritizes high-quality materials and sustainable design principles to ensure long-term value and minimize environmental impact. It will feature a variety of housing options to cater to the diverse needs of Saudi Arabian families. The master plan includes educational facilities, commercial areas, health centers, and recreational spaces. The project is strategically located at the intersection of main roads, providing smooth traffic flow. The infrastructure will include a well-planned network of roads, sewage, rainwater drainage, electrical services, dedicated power plants, and over 115,000 square meters of green spaces.
