Ideal working conditions and sustainable use of buildings are at the forefront of the concept for the new Microsoft Headquarters, for which HPP have been commissioned to provide the interior design and spatial concept. A modern working environment will be created for around 1 200 employees at the new location in the Schwabing district of Munich. The “office with windows” concept that leans heavily on desk sharing and working from home also offers staff a multitude of retreat spaces and communication areas. Optimal working conditions, sustainable use of the building and an attractive environment are at the centre of the design for the new corporate headquarters of Microsoft Germany in the Schwabing district of Munich. HPP Architects have been commissioned to provide the spatial planning and interior design for the workplace of the future in the “Office with Windows” building, which extends across 26,000 square metres and seven floors.
