Services Architecture - Facade design - Interior Design GFA: 50.000 m2 Completion 2032 BIM Planning/Timberhybrid-construction-Sustainability-Circular design The site is characterised by the existing structures of the university hospital and its location on the edge of the campus with its transition into the open landscape at the edge of the slope. The "New Medical Clinic" is oriented towards all these special features and responds accordingly in its structural formulation. The overarching concept of the building is based on a horizontal two- or three-part division of the building - base, dissolved connecting or hybrid storey and attached light care areas in timber construction. The structure of the new medical clinic forms a mediating volume between the existing CRONA clinic and the new LLZ building.
