Hayat Business Gate

We developed a cutting-edge 3D interactive simulation for the Business Gate project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This commercial development features 100 offices, 22 retail shops, and 220 parking spaces across a total built-up area of 18,500 square meters, with 15,000 square meters available for rent. The project includes 2,620 square meters of commercial space and 12,326 square meters of administrative space, along with 2,450 square meters of landscaped areas. Our immersive simulation enables potential tenants and investors to explore this dynamic environment, showcasing the opportunities and vibrant community that Business Gate offers.
