The Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh launched the Riyadh Sustainability Strategy to transform the city into one of the world’s most sustainable urban centers by 2030. With over 68 initiatives spanning renewable energy, climate change, air and water quality, waste management, and biodiversity, the strategy aims to create a green, resilient Riyadh. Blue Design Studio supported this vision by developing an immersive 3D interactive simulation, augmented reality and 3D models for urban scenario planning, and a physical 3D-printed model. These tools enhanced stakeholder engagement, providing an innovative platform to visualize and experience Riyadh’s sustainable future.
