Together with the L'Oréal headquarters on the opposite side of the Kennedydamm, the 16-storey Eclipse office tower will form the northern gateway to Düsseldorf's city centre. With the Eclipse, a vertical campus with modern working environments has been created according to plans by HPP together with UNStudio on behalf of the Düsseldorf project developer die developer. Based on a triangular footprint, the high-rise offers transparent and light-flooded office space. Lively atriums, which run helically through the building like a ribbon, form the communicative backbone of the high-rise and contain inspiring spatial worlds with communication and experience areas inside and outside.
