The Cradle Düsseldorf

Service Architecture GFA 11.400 m² Completion 2023 Düsseldorf's first hybrid timber construction office building is being developed according to HPP Architects' designs. In late October the city council approved the HPP design. The innovative and sustainable building on Speditionstraße 2 in the Media Harbour is being built by the Ratinger project developer INTERBODEN and designed according to the "cradle-to-cradle principle ©". Behind the characteristic façade with its diamond-shaped wooden structure, around 5,200 square meters of office space and 600 square meters of space for gastronomic use are being created on the ground floor.
