AMAALA Miraya Arts Village
Hospitality
Information
Master plan and conceptual design for 46,531 sqm art-oriented coastal development dedicated to the best in international and Saudi art. This Cradle of Art will host all kinds of events in its dramatic natural landscape such as staged concerts, Cirque du Soleil, art car shows, fashion shows and art exhibits.
Located 75 kilometers north of Triple Bay, this coastline will be a gathering place for a community of influencers and connoisseurs, featuring a contemporary Arts Museum and cultural district, to become the epicenter of the arts in the Middle East. A destination centered around local and international artists, co-creation elements and personalized art, bringing large-scale cultural events and a fully immersive arts experience to this part of the Red Sea. The central hub of activity is the Arts Village, a mixed-use component where Art institutions, galleries, large performance spaces, retail, artist workshops, residences and suites collide. Its shape is a contemporary and rooted interpretation of the ancient settlement of Al-Ula, covered by a kinetic roof, which provides sculptural shading and solar protection to the space below and which has been inspired by the movements and forms of the sea anemone.
