The "DUBAI 2100" is an international design competition organized by the Creathlon Group in 2024, this competition invites designers and planners from around the world to collectively envision the metropolis's trajectory into the 22nd century. The competition encourages audacious conceptualization, integrating green innovation and sustainable design into Dubai's urban fabric, where eco-friendly skyscrapers and lush green spaces redefine urban living. IAPA's design won first place in the competition! Our design philosophy, Islamic culture is the key that unlocks the gateway to the Middle East and the window to Islamic civilization. As an important architectural symbol of Islamic culture, mosques embody the emotions, wisdom, history, and culture of Muslims. Our design was inspired by one of the most fundamental features of a mosque: the minaret. The overall concept of Dubai Horizon can be divided into two main areas: the Dome City and the Green Ark. These two areas will showcase the rich Islamic culture and the charm of the future city respectively.

The project types encompass comprehensive planning and design for urban cores, waterfront areas, urban parks, scenic areas, heritage preservation sites, residential areas, hotels, hospitals, creative parks, etc. Additionally, it includes various types of large and medium-sized public building projects such as libraries, museums, exhibition halls, theaters, opera houses, visitor centers, science centers, cultural centers, underground spaces, and others. These outstanding projects have won nearly 100 international and domestic prestigious awards and competition prizes.
