To obtain citizenship in the Commonwealth of Dominica, there are two main options for investors. They can make a non-refundable donation to the government, with varying amounts depending on the applicant's status - $200,000 USD for a single applicant, $250,000 USD for a family of up to 4 members (with the option to add additional family members for additional fees). Alternatively, investors can make an investment starting from $200,000 USD in a government-approved real estate project and hold the investment for a period of 3 years (Or hold the investment for 5 years, and the buyer also qualifies to obtain the Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship). Governmental, Processing and other legal fees will be added.
