ROSHN Group is Saudi Arabia’s most trusted multi-asset class real estate developer, and a giga project wholly owned by the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). As a key enabler to Vision 2030, ROSHN has contributed to raising the percentage of home ownership in Saudi Arabia.
By 2030 it aims to provide homes for over 2.2 million residents in ROSHN communities across the Kingdom, in addition to educational facilities for different age groups, over 700 mosques, sports and wellness facilities, smart mobility infrastructure and millions of square metres of lettable area. ROSHN’s work is catalysing the domestic construction and infrastructure sectors, boosting Saudi Arabia's GDP to up to SAR 312 billion and creating over 388,000 new jobs by 2030.
