Aram Masterplan

Aram project is considered to be one of the most important development projects of Kinan and the largest in terms of area, as the total area of the project reaches up to 1,700,000 m2. The project is located in a strategic location in the north of Jeddah city on a primary main road (Jeddah University Road) away from city noise. The project has many recreational areas and extraordinary services, such as green spaces reaching up to 80,000 m2, and more than 7 Kilometres of walkways and bicycle lanes. Aram project is in a prime location approximate to major landmarks such as: King Abdulaziz International Airport and King Abdullah Sports City.
